Athletes that sign up for standard coaching services receive:

  • An initial, 30-minute consultation in person or via phone/Skype
  • A training calendar with daily, personalized workouts geared to their unique goals, schedule, training history, and current fitness level
  • One email check-in every two weeks

In addition to the initial consultation and training calendar mentioned above, athletes that sign up for premium coaching services receive: 

  • Unlimited edits to the calendar as necessitated by sickness, injury, work, life, fatigue, etc.
  • Unlimited text and email communication
  • One, 30-minute phone call per week
  • Advice on race preparation and race strategy
  • Consultation on strength and mobility work, recovery, and nutrition
